Maiming Of The Shrew
evening appears to be going as planned, until Sheepsheare discovers that his wife Katheter DeVane has shuffled
off this mortal coil and it appears to be a case of murder most foul.
The eight guests are:
•        Queen Illicibeth:
The much loved Queen of England. However, the recent defeat of her army by the French has
blemished her otherwise perfect record.

•        Lady MacDeth: A beautiful young woman who took her secret family recipe and has opened a hugely successful fast-
food chain. It is believed that her wealth has been more than doubled.

•        Mary, Queen of Schnapps: A beautiful monarch who was disposed of her throne by Illicibeth. Her attitude is raw and she
has been known to declare war over petty issues.

•        Ophelia Bottomsworth: The only survivor of a horrid shipwreck who has since been taken under the wing of Illicibeth.
She now serves as the Queen's personal maidservant.

•        Spamlet, Prince of Hallmarke: A drop-dead gorgeous young prince who is being groomed for the throne by Illicibeth.

•        Caliban Rollon: A brash, rough commoner who looks are both handsomely rogueish and terribly intimidating. While he is
of the simple commonfolk, he has gained the attention of the royal family.

•        Gridlock, the Merchant of Tennis: The shrewd inventor of the newest sporting craze. It is believed that he may be
involved romantically with the Queen.

•        Costello the Abbott: A former holy man who has recently become a theatre critic. His harsh review of Sheepsheare's
All's Well That Ends Where Everyone Dies is probably better remembered than the play itself.
