Tomato & Chilli Pickle Dip    (YUMMY)             Thanks to Geoff & Pam Friske - Gympie

 

Ingredients

250 grams Philly Cheese (block is best)

300 ml sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 x 250gram bottle Master Foods Tomato & Chilli Pickes

 (or Baxters Tomato Chutney with red pepper)

Chopped tomato, shallots & capsicum

Grated Cheese

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

 

Method

Mix well Philly cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.

Spread mixture into a tray about 20cm x 28 cm

Refrigerate for a few hours (overnight is good)

Spread over with pickles and a little bit of grated cheese, then chopped tomato, capsicum, shallots and top with more grated cheese

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Eat with corn chips (you will need 2 packets)
